Why am I seeing "Scanning in progress"?
Malanta is actively scanning your assets. Results will appear as they're discovered. The page auto-refreshes every 30 seconds during scanning.
Why are some exposures missing after I filtered?
Check your active filters — small filter chips appear at the top of the exposure list. Click "Reset" to clear all filters and see the full list.
What authentication does Malanta support?
Authentication is done by username and one-time email verification (magic link). Enterprise SSO via SAML is also supported.
How does Malanta manage user sessions?
The client communicates with the backend via API calls with cookies and JWT. An API Gateway enforces tenant isolation, ensuring users access only their data.
What is the data retention policy?
When a license expires, all tenant-related data is deleted within 60 days. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
How can I remove my data?
Contact support@malanta.ai to request complete removal of your data.
How do I report a security issue?
Email potential vulnerabilities to security@malanta.ai with a clear description and reproduction steps.
